Target Group |
Target groups for the BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management are experienced individuals who do not hold formal qualifications in Leadership and Management but wish to have their skills recognised. |

Course Duration |
Eighteen Months (18) duration with 15 hours face to face training per week process must be completed within 18 calendar months. |

There are no pre-requisites for any of the units included in the BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management |

Entry Requirements |
Candidates who apply for RPL must have existing skills, knowledge and experience in leadership and Management in order to be able to apply for RPL. Candidates will also need to have access to a workplace so that they can provide workplace evidence or evidence of recent experience in a workplace. This will be discussed with the candidate during the pre-enrolment process. |
